By preparing a risk investigation & evaluation before the start of the job and the use of the rope access technique according the IRATA regulations our technicians are, in comparing with other methods to access the work spot, the major benefit is that the combination of the total man-hours and the level of risk for a particular task (man-at-risk hours) is often reduced when compared with other means of access and their associated risks.

Industrial rope access technicians are able to reach difficult locations by using rope access climbing techniques and equipment. Our company is an IRATA “FULL MEMBER” and works according to their strict operational and safety guidelines.

Rope access locations are everywhere; refineries, chemical factories, steel furnaces, yards, storage tanks, power plants, buildings, bridges, offshore platforms, drilling rigs and wind turbines.

Rope access method

In effect, the rope access method is only used to get to the location where the work is carried out. Every rope access technician can carry out maintenance, inspection and repairs, or any combinations of these three activities. For the technician, the ropes are simply a way of "getting up" to" get down to business".

All our rope access technicians are at least competent IRATA level 1 and have the relevant certificates. They will always work under supervision of a level 3 rope access supervisor to ensure a safe and efficient performance.

IRATA, the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association, was formed in the UK in the late 1980’s, to solve maintenance problems in the offshore oil and gas industry. In the following years the rope access technique developed by IRATA has now come to be used in a wide range of repair, maintenance, inspection and access work in the on- and offshore industry.
